November 15, 200718 yr Hey there I was just wondering if I could get a visa on arrival at Phuket, bearing in mind I have used two of the three entry stamps from coming from cambodia, one of which I overstayed by 21 days. Once I am there I would like to work there or perhaps study, so would need to apply for another type of visa Im guessing?.. Is it possible to do this or is the visa on arrival a bad idea??? Cheers Ethan
November 15, 200718 yr A very bad idea. There is no three entry limit but there is a 90 day limit and it appears you are probably only about a week short of that with your 3 week overstay.
November 15, 200718 yr Get a Toursit Visa before entering, most of The Immigration officials will add the 21days overstay into your 90day allowance.
