i buyed small condo but one thing disturb me - this condo have thai company owning.

after buying i have this company and this condo trought this company.

thai lawyer told me - it s possible to change owning to your name if condominium have limit.

now i have this case with my condominium. one foreigher sold condo to thai and i can do changing but so difficult to me understand about the owning transfer procedure from thai company name to foreigner name.

could you write some words about details -what i must do for this transfer of owning for condo?
