If you are talking about news alerts from Thaivisa, then follow the instructions below to unsubscribe -

To unsubscribe from the news alerts please go to http://www.thaivisa.com/353.0.html. Fill in you email address and make sure you check "unsubscribe".

Alternatively you can follow the link at the bottom of your email next to "Change address / Leave mailing list"

If you are talking about a topic/forum subscription notification, then click on "My Controls" to enter your control panel, then look down the left hand side under the heading "subscriptions".

Click on either "view topics" to view and delete any topic subscriptions you may have, or "view forums" to view and delete any forum subscriptions you may have.
