hi would any body know i have a thai girl friend that i met in the uk, but she as no visa it ran out in march this year. she is going to have our baby in may and i have put in a application for a extension to stay in the uk till she as` the baby, i don,t know what her chances are of getting the extension, and i don,t know if it would be against my human rights if they were to send her back with my baby as she would have nowhere to live and no money to feed herself so that would put the baby at risk. i know this is a bit of a tuff one but any info would be a help

If her visa expired in March, she has overstayed by some 9 months. Which I'm sure will not go down too well with immigration.

If she is sent back to Thailand, why can't she stay with family ?

You can always send her money on a regular basis so she can feed herself.

If she is in the UK on an expired Visit Visa and does not hold a 'Setlement Visa' she is a) in the UK illegally and B) Not elligible for welfare and health care.

If I were you I'd get her back on a plane to Thailand before its too late.

If she goes home now her visa overstay will almost certainly not get discovered - hence coming back would be easier. AND you are far less likely to be handed a medical bill.
