My landlady has several townhouses that she rents in your price range. Call her (Sumalee) after 12 noon at: 085-937-7748. You can tell her you got her number from Eric. Most of her places are furnished, but perhaps you can work around what she has there. The kitchens are all decent sized!

Just a word of caution regarding water availability ... ask whether there is a water tank and pump. Many townhouse developments were built without 'spare' tanks and have days without water especially during May through July. Also inquire as to whether the water supply is from city water. If it's not, it can be espensive. For developments that have city water and tanks with pumps, water outages still occur, so make sure you get a couple of phone numbers to have your tank filled ahould this happen.

Avoid Eakmongkol 4 on Soi Kaotalo ... no underground (or above) tanks ... many days with no water! Believe me, it's worth inquiring. Speak with neighbors as well.

In that price range, most are going to be in East Pattaya...the other side of Sukhumvit. Soi Nern Plub Wan has some houses in your price range. Check out the many Rattanakorn developements on that soi. Many newish ones and can be nice and good value. I rent a 3 BR 2 BA unfurnished for 10K (but no yard for dog).
