A Yala woman returning from the haj pilgrimage in Saudi Arabia was found dead on a Thai Airways International flight yesterday.

Meedoh Kama, 60, died on board a chartered flight from Jeddah airport in Saudi Arabia to Hat Yai airport.

The flight, which was taking Thai Muslim pilgrims home from the annual pilgrimage, arrived at Hat Yai airport about 2pm yesterday.

That's not good...but I guess on the bright side, she did get to make the initial pilgrimage. Perhaps, after such an experience, she felt more ready to move on.
