Facts: I live in BKK While living here for two years, I've never been anywhere other than Chiangmai prefer a nice hotel, 3,000 baht need internet and cable tv, otherwise I will die I'm a chef so decent food would help resort fine, industry rate better..... two people, just to kick back and relax, plane or drive, don't care Any suggestions? Help fast, I need to book it....
January 8, 200818 yr hua hin buses Sai Thai bus station on Thonburi every 30 minutes, takes 3h 30 minutes don't think you need to book in advance - the highest season is over. You can just walk in to any hotel you fancy
January 8, 200818 yr Fly to the South, perhaps Krabi. Sit on the beach, day trips available to Phi Phi or Koh Lanta. Are you going alone ? Could go to Hua Hin or Cha Am or even down to Pattaya. I'd go sit on a beach but that's just me.

Help fast, I need to book it.... Try the beach resorts around Chanthaburi, they are great and very few farangs so the prices are less than elsewhere
January 9, 200818 yr Cabbages and Condoms has a nice resort just outside of Pattaya, next to the Asia Hotel Pattaya. The grounds are very attractive and the rooms are great. They have a nice sized swimming pool and a small beach closeby. There is also a driving range next door, as well as the Asia Hotel, where you should be able to get internet(in case resort doesn't have) Finally, they have a very good restaurant with similar food to their BKK branch but right next to the beach. All for 2000-2500 baht a night! You can call the BKK branch to make arrangements at 02-229-4610.
