All of the monitors that I have seen show the results in numeric results. There are instructions on how to use the machine in Thai when the machines are sold in Thailand. You can go to any Diabetes Clinic and they would translate the necessary instructions for the patient into Thai.

Try a pharmacy.

Accu Chek makes a good one. Just under 3k (I think??). Strips readily available.

As noted above, not much to read once you learn how to use it, only numbers.

Boots Pharmacy do 2 in that brand. Theres a basic one at 1700 Bt and a bigger one with more memory and a longer battery life at 2700 Bt.

As said all you have are numerical readings and dates on the meters. I am not impressed with the models available in Thailand - (old) - but to have a chance of Thai language instructions it will have to be purchased here.
