January 17, 200818 yr I am using Vega at the moment which is a vegan protein powder. But to get in sent here from N.A will cost at least 40-50USd. Can you find gluten and dairy free protein powder in Thailand? I live in Trang so was wondering if I could order it online..far fetched but thought I would put it out there. Thanks.
January 17, 200818 yr We Thai people call Gluten as หมี่กึง/หมี่กึน ,mee geung / mee geun (It's a chinese word) Just copy my TH words and ask a local people, they may understand what do you mean and lead you to where you can buy it.
