Eea Family Permit Confusion

Hi

I been trawling through this site for a while now and though its about time I joined and gained a little clarity on a EEA family permit.

I am currently applying for a Family permit, I am a duel national and have a EU Passport that fit’s the bill, my wife and my Daughter will be joining me in London soon enough touch wood.

I have just filled the application in for my wife and I am uncertain if I need to complete another VAF5 for my daughter she is Thai, English and Dutch by default but time and finances dictate that she will be travelling on a Thai passport for this trip anyway.

Any thoughts opinions and advice appreciated.

Not sure on the new form, but how old is the daughter, is she your daughter or stepdaughter. This may help in the advise

Daughter is 4 months,she is mine.
