Secretarial Labor Per Hour Cost?

I'm new to Samui, and looking to hire someone to do some secretarial work for me. It would involve doing web research, phone research and the odd trip around Samui to check out things. They would work from their home.

I need a local Thai, and the work will be intermittent, but could be ongoing for years.

Anyone have an idea of what I should pay per hour?

I've heard that McDonalds workers get 300baht per day, can that be right? I would assume a secretary would get more than that.

no idea on a secretary but you can get a full-on accountant for 10k a month to give you some idea.
