I arrived home last night to be told that we needed one of these things, for the money despite it being hugely overpriced in my opinion we are getting it as that is cheaper than the issues arising from not getting it.

My nearest and dearest was "sold" on the idea care of the glossy book that was kindly given to her as part of the sales patter, so I've been teased with images of crispy prawn rolls and a selection of other heart clogging savories.

When I asked if it could deep fry simvastatin tablets - I was told it can deep fry everything, let's start with the salesman's head I replied.

I've used a deep fat fryer for years. The big advantage is the thermostat temperture control.

Different foods need different cooking temps so less chance of burnt or soggy chips!

I keep separate cooking oils for the foods I cook. 1..Chips...2..Fish..3..Chicken. that way my chicken doesnt tast of fish .

Thre is also a safety matter...if you forget to turn it off, the temp control will cut in a maybe prevent a fire.
