I only found Baan Suan Sook Villas, offering bungalows for 13.500 Baht.

Does anybody have information about other resorts or houses?

I only need cheap, clean accomodation for one month.

Air con and television would be fine.

pm sent. if that is your budget then the internet is perhaps not the best tool for you as the vast majority of properties in that price range do not have websites. also, the internet prices tend to be significantly higher than one would pay if they were to go to the property in person.

there's a new guesthouse just opened behind the green mango, air con cable tv, 800 baht a night or 8000 for a month. rooms are excellent, brand new and cleaned daily. if you are interested pm me and i'll get you the landladys phone number.

If you want a bungalow right on the beach then behind coco blues is a resort called Marine Bungalows.

Clean rooms with aircon and fridge, and a great restaurant next to the beach with really friendly staff too.

And good value at 1000 baht a night. No TV though...but who needs it??? PM me if you want the number.

I changed my plans ... now I will stay only one week on Samui at the beginning of Samui ...

I am looking for a room for app. 600-700 baht ... fan and tv would be enough ...

What about the booking situation at the moment? Many vacancies in Chaweng?

Maybe prices decrease already?

I found Moonlight Hotel ... 550 for fan room ...

I am sure there are some more in this price range ...

i found already ... chaweng, aircon + fan, wireless internet, television, fridge ... 650 baht per night in a famous, big resort.

meanwhile i understood that many of you prefer stupid comments, instead of giving recommendations and help ...
