Title says it all, what are the best jazz joints in CM ?

Haven't been there in a long time and was wondering if Jazz made it up

there yet. Will bars closing down early it hardly makes it worth the effort anymore.

The soi behind the Montri had one...not sure if its still there.

AFAIK there is no jazz joint in Chiang Mai. Some hotels sometimes throw a jazz music session thingy, but it mostly ain't jazz.

Or maybe open THE Jazz Joint of CM, something akin to Saxophone or Brown Sugar of Bangkok fame

Don't those play as much blues & stuff as real jazz?

Anyway, went to Tokyo Joe's last week. Blues jam session; mostly Western musicians. Beers 70 baht or so. It was awesome. (Soi 24 Suk/Bkk)
