Decent, Cheap, Cinemas In Bangkok?

Featured Replies

Hi all,

Can anyone recommend a Cinema in Bangkok that shows Thai films with English subtitles.

I am not interested in Gold/VIP service. Just a reasonably cheap (200 baht max??) and comfortable cinema surrounded by people who are actually there to watch the movie!!!

Cheers

All but a few screens/seats are ~ 120 baht. Digital is 160 baht. Some theatres have bargain shows (Sat/Sun first show: Mon-Wed after 8 PM, etc.) for 80 baht. A ton of great movies showing now! You can check movieseer for showtimes, or individual theatres' websites (Apex, House, Paragon, SF, etc.)

27 Dresses, Atonement, Charlie Wilson's War, Jumper, No Country for Old Men, There will be Blood, CJ7, Kung <deleted> Dunk, Chocolate, etc.

IMO the best theatres are SF World and Paragon (esp. theatre #4: Pavalai). Art houses: Apex, House.

all cimemas in thailand are cheap

all the multi screen Cinema's ,all show thai and english films just check the times normal seats 120 baht ie, big c at chitlom SF World and Paragon

check it on movieseer
