Hey Jack!

Are u from Thailand? hmm.. Im not too sure what BA transaxillary is..

Isnt buccal fat removal gonna be done through the insides of the cheeks? I understand there are alot of nerves there, though scar wise it's hidden. Somyos sound as if he did alot of such surgery. Somyos charges 3500usd for the nose. You think Greechart or Preecha does better natural nose at a cheaper price? I haven seen their portfolio and patient outcome pictures yet though. They dont seem to show on preecha's site. I guess its really natural to feel nervous about the outcome, so I'd really love to see photos of the patients.. Have u personally done surgery? gosh i guess im asking u alot of questions but u seem to know alot here =)

Hi

No im ozzie. That method of BA is done through the armpit ie incision is in the armpit and no marks at all on or near the breast region.

Yes buccal fat pad removal is done via a small incision inside the mouth on either side and it generally heals really well. You would just want to note if you like before/after photos of others who have done it. Personally I like it would buccal fat but some dont. Yes there are a lot of nerves but buccal fat pad is quite simple, small incision behind cheek and you can instantly see the yellow egg yolk like pad and you slowly pull it all out and excise it, then stitch the incision and done. Nerve damage is not a concern because its relatively un-invasive, they generally dont dig inside your cheeks etc but just pull the fat pad out and snip.

Im sure Somyos has done a lot of them as im sure those other surgeons I have mentioned would have too.

I dont know what your ethnicity is. I dont know your facial structure. I dont know what type of procedures you may wish or require. Hence I cant say if somyos's price is best for you.

eg if your of asian descent and your only issue is you want a more prominent tip and bridge then most would use an L shaped implant and for that Id say save your money and get it done with either Preecha or Greechart.

It all depends on the complexities of your case.

Yes between me and partner we have done quite a few. Then I know many many more who have done procedures etc.

I had my surgery at Yanhee.... not breast though.... My girlfriend is planning to have Breast done in Thailand and she has done some research and is planning to go for the Bangkok Hospital in Phuket and the surgeon Dr. Pongsakorn... Any experiences with this surgeon ?

See what we found on the Internet:
