Any Way To Avoid Visa's?

Hi all,

I have been watching these forums for some time now and everything seems to revolve round visa's.

Is there anyway you can obtain permanent residency in Thailand without having to worry about what type of visa you need - seems even if you marry a Thai they still loom overhead....

He'd need a lot of visa's over a long, long time to have any chance whatsoever of achieving citizenship.

There is a very simple way to avoid all Thai visas.

Stay at home in your own country!!!!

even some thais whose families have been living in thailand for thousands of years can't get thai citizenship.

1. Go with your wife to Cambodia or Laos and get married.

2. Come back to Thailand and throw away your passport.

3. Go with your wife and tell immigration you are Khmer or Lao and you want to register as an illegal, but stay to be your wife's personal servant.

4. Go and get your W/P based on that.

She does say it works, but then all you can do on your workpermit is be your wife's personal servent....... and work for a certain dodgy English language school.
