Need Recommendation For Body Car Repair Shop In Pattaya.

Featured Replies

My car had enough small scratches for me to call insurance and claim it all, usually I used garage in BKK, it took 10 days, but they did pretty good job. That time i need to find a good repair garage in Pattaya, please recommend from your own experience. Thank you in advance.

There's a good place in Soi Wat Boon in Jomtien.

If you go down the soi from Sukhumvit end (the Wat end) then it's about 1 km down on the right.

There's rows of shops / houses on the right then a long wall which I guess fences off a government area and then it's the first place you come to on the right that's the start of a row of similar car repair shops. It's an open yard with sheds on the left and a low building/house on he right of the yard.

Guy's name is Daeng and he only speaks a little English.

i have used a few places after living here for the last 3 years but the best one i have found is Classic Garage which is located on Highway 36 just after the motorway exit to Highway 7 - stay on 36 shortly past the 7 exit and look for the chevrolet logo on the left side of the road - shop run by a farang and his thai wife - excellent work and cheaper than the garages in town - they will even give you a ride back to your place in Pattaya if you need one - can be reached on 087-8219752 - not just for classic cars as mine is a Honda Jazz - may be cheaper to do it here on your own money rather than claiming it on insurance and having your premiums raised

If this is an insurance claim then you need to find out from your insurance company which shops they will cover - i only used insurance once and had to use a shop on Sukumvet - work ok but took a couple of weeks to get my car back

I can recommend GoFast. My wife and I have used it on several occasions and I also have several friends who go there. and also recommend it.

Most paint jobs are done overnight and they do a very professional job and at a very reasonable price. It is farang owned and managed.

Go Fast is on Soi Chaiyapornvitee (3240) which is the major Soi which runs from Sukhumvit in Na Klua, up to Pong and the Mabprachan Lake. It is alzo known as the Crocodile road and is the way to the crocodile farm. At the corner of the soi and Sukhumvit is the large TRUE building.

Go Fast is about 1 km up on the left, before the railway crossing. 038727294
