How much funds are generally required by myself (and my fiance) to successfuly be granted a prospective spouse visa?

Are you talking about her moving to your country? If that is the case, what is your country, because the visa process is different for each.

You will need to pay the Embassy application fees....and the VFS charge.....you can get the current charges on the repective websites.

Once married you need to pay another Application fee for the Temp resident visa.....
