Is Dr Pat ( Tokai Clinic ) A Qualified Surgeon / Plastic Surgeon?

Featured Replies

Just want to know if Dr Pat from tokai clinic ( www.tokaiclinic.com ) is a Board-accredited plastic surgeon.

His certificates are displayed here : http://www.tokaiclinic.com/clinic/aboutus.asp

Don't know but he sounds dubious. Don't seem to find any references about his name. And he seemed to change name halfway through his career.

His prices are dead cheap.

Wonder if there is any gap in his qualifications?

Hi

I did go to his clinic and I went to Dr Pichet's too. However Pichet really was like a "honest" sales pitch by showing you how "honest" he is etc. And I heard of some stuffs ups he had done (EVEN though his PAPERS were ok and apparently he was/is head of PS at some thai hospital).

I got a slightly better vibe from Pat but i still didnt trust him perfectly espeically with his name change and promoting a false Japanese sense by using TOKAI and a korean one JUJIN and didnt really get some straight answers.

If your looking on the cheap theres another doctor called nara even cheaper than tokai.

I and partner have learned over and over quality is what counts and though high price doesnt necessarily equate to high quality but knowing your surgeon has the skills and lots of experience is what counts. AND DONT TRUST some of those docs that tell you they teach at this university or that because some of them dont! And dont trust him just because of good bed side manner etc either. Education, qualifications, training, experience, number of that specific surgeries may have been performed, ANY OFFICIAL POSITIONS past or present, results photos, research and asking around etc.

What is it your after anyways? And what price would you be willing to pay? What type of surgeon do you want (the best? good reliable?) etc

you want cheap? and youve used pat before and are happy? then go with him? why ask?

Yes but jawbone is a major surgery >.<

and I just checked. He doesn't seem to be a plastic surgeon :o

But he seems to receive board-certification in Family Medicine :D

He has 20 years experience in cosmietic surgery however.

"cheap" and "major surgery" do not sit easily together.

Oh ok, you're an "addict".
