What a nice surprise!!!

Thank you all.

This was my birthday:

Had to pick up 2 customers from Australia yesterday, they are from a meat company, one of them first time in Phuket.

Checking in Marriott last night around 10pm, quick shower..........going to Patong.

Came home around 4am.........getting up at 6am.

We had a big Wagyu beef presentation today at the Amanpuri in their japanese restaurant, PERFECT!!!!!!!

7 course japanese menu

Donna you still remember my cheese presentation, today it was even 10x better.

Around 20 Chefs from Phuket best hotels and restaurants came, what a great birthday party(thanks boss!!!!).

Gonna make a report with some photos in the Western Food section next couple of days after recovering.

Need some sleep now.

Getting that other joint replaced in about 7 weeks, then learning to walk again. :o
