ahh well, guess there are people who have a certain liking for intestines, bird saliver and other strange foods.. is o.k. for me as long I don't have to eat it... think that sausages are stuffed intestines and don't want to start about their fillings...

I agree, my wife makes a great fish head soup. Very tasty. I would have never thought about eating fish head soup until I met her. But it is truely delicious.
