How can this be done legally?

1 Go to a neighboring country and get another 90 day Non Imm O Visa.

2 Go to Singapore and get a 1 Year Multi Entry Non Imm O Visa if you have 400,000 Baht in a bank somewhere.

3. Get a yearly extension if you have a family income of 40,000 Baht.

I one of your wife’s two nationalities is Thai you can apply for annual extensions of stay if you can provide evidence of minimum 40,000 Baht monthly family income. This can be your income (in Thailand or abroad), your wife’s income, or a combination of both.
