Sorry for another question guy's but was just wondering what proof the intention to marry part on the fiancée visa would need to be.

I have written out where, we have agreed in principle on a date and I have composed a make do list of who would be attending names and addresses.

Is this all I need ? as I read that you can not pre-book a ceramony with you GF not being in the country so no recites e.t.c .

Does the above information count as sufficient evidence or is there any thing else I need to include ?

thanks for that Vinny I have looked through it all and I cant see any thing that relates to evidence required am I being a bit thick or do the guidelines only state beyond reasonable doubt ?

You can't actually set a formal date for the marriage until both parties are in the UK, so the visa officer can't expect to see "proof" that you will marry on a given date. However, s/he would expect to see that the person applying for the visa has an idea of the intended marriage date, where the marriage will take place, whether there will be a party, if so how many people will attend, has a venue been booked etc.

Scouse.
