Choosing An Imigration Lawyer For K1 To Us

Featured Replies

I want to hire a lawyer to help me get a US K1 Fiance Visa for a Thai lady.

I found a few lawyers via the internet. One guy, Brian Wright, says he has a 100% success rate, does 20 K1's per month and has a money back guarantee. But I found out he's used to be an attorney in the US, but is no longer a practicing attorney in the US or Thailand. He seems to know what he's talking about, but charges $1,700, which I think is a bit steep. I would have to send him the money via a credit card, which I am reluctant to do. Has anyone used this guy? If so, what was your impression.

I appreciate your feedback.
