Bank cashiers cheque payable to the Royal Thai Embassy or the Royal Thai Consulate-General.

I suppose it would depend for which country the visa is required for.

As it has been posted under this section I doubt if the visa is for Thailand.

Oh yes, in my haste I forgot to say which country!

Its a for a Thai who is applying for a UK visa at British Embassy in Bangkok, well the Visa office anyhow.
