White supremacist? Really? I didn't realize Islam was a race I actually thought it was an ideology. Anyway I am prepared to change my mind. Perhaps you can educate me on the benefits Islam brings to the UK versus the cons. I can think of plenty of cons with terrorism, subjugation of women that are not allowed to work, incestual marriages, FGM, grooming rape gangs, burhkas, blashphomy "laws" (Batley school teacher), higher than average unemployment and anti-semitism. For the pros I am struggling to think of anything they bring that is positive. I'm sure you will mention doctors and nurses etc but unless they are here in a higher percentage than other groups I don't think that counts. So feel free to educate me and change my mind. Since there is a 2 tier justice system and none of the violent mob that threatened to kill the Batley school teacher or the thugs from Manchester airport are in those stats you provided, as well as the police not typically recording this information (or making it available) I am inclined not to believe the stats on crime here, but I didn't include it in my list of cons anyway. -

Let me be clear: all of the threats, by either side, are destabilizing. What do threats accomplish? I'm sure the world's people would like to live to see the holidays. Threats by NATO, threats by The European Parliament, threats by the Biden Administration, threats by Russia. It all needs to be toned down. Nuclear was is not the answer. I think people simply do not understand the consequences. Anyway, once it happens, once the war really begins, there will be no do-overs. It will all be over in short order. And the warmongers will have nowhere to hide. -

When Willful Ignorance is a Way of Life
Trump is going to impose tariffs of 25% on imports from Canada and Mexico, from Day One. 35% on imports from China. I would like an intelligent Trump supporter to explain to me the following: 1/ How this policy will not cause the cost of living to rise in America, with consequent inflation. 2/ How this policy will not provoke retaliatory actions from those countries, making American exports less competitive. -
