Visa Process Guide

Hello all,

Would appreciate if anyone had the time to prepare a high level process guide for a Thai to UK visa application.

This would begin at the point you meet your lady in Thailand, and end successfuly at the point where she is in the UK full time (not temp/holiday visa)

I have expereince with visio and will construct a flow chart guide, but need those with expereince to give the detail first.

As an example:

1. Meet lady, begin dating

2. Return home alone

3. Make numerous email, telephone calls, sms - document all

4. Display financally support (how?) - document all

5. Revisit Thailand with purpose to further establish relationship - document all, hotel in both names, take photograph, marry??

6. Return home alone

7. Prepare VISA documents - apply where? UK immigration?

8. Return to Thailand, visit embassy, pass written/vocal interview - present all above supporting documents

9. Visa granted

10.Return home with Thai lady/wife etc

- Those with expereince will see obvious gaps - and would appreciate if you could re-engineer and add notes as you see fit.
