Anyone hear of any problems? Is it possible to get a double tourist visa?

After my Tripple-entry TR-Visa from Germany fineshed, can I take a trip to KL, to get a new Tripple-Visa ?

Or must I leave Thailand for 3 month befor I can re-entry ?

Have anyone information about the new Thai-Consulate in Denpasar/Bali ???

There is no requirement to be out of Thailand for any period of time but no Consulate in the area is likely to issue a 3 entry tourist visa to you. Vientiane may issue a 2 entry but that may be too far in the future to say for sure.

I tried to get two enties TR from Kual Lumbur Thai Embassy last month, but granted with only one entry. They assured me that no two entries can be issued in their Embassy.
