Urgent Adivce Needed On Eea

Hi Guys,

My wife is over here at the moment and we are just about to apply for a residence card using the EEA 2 form. The problem is that I am having to leave the country for 10 days and I only have my IRish passport that I can use to go (it is to VN and the visa is for that passport). These means that she will be staying here alone, which is again the rules of the visa you get for 6 months. My question is will this be picked up on when we apply for the residence card? Also, can I just send in my British passport with the EEA2 form?

I suppose the final option is to get back and declare my irish passport lost/stolen and then get a new one and then use that to apply, the problem is her visa runs out on June 9th so not sure how long it takes to get a new passport from the Irish embassy in London (I am back in the UK on May 27th, would that be enough time)

I know that I am an idiot for leaving everything so late but hopefully one of you guys will give me some good news!
