May 16, 200817 yr Got some friends going over to the UK and staying in Tottenham and wondering if there is an established Thai community there. Also any information on shops / eateries would be useful. I know about central London but nothing about Tottenham so cannot advise. Thanks.

May 17, 200817 yr In Palmers Green the Fox pub has got Thai food and in Bowes Park the Springfield Arms. Then there is the Jim Thompson in Winchmore Hill . All are a few miles from Tottenham Shops ? There is an ok filipino in Wood Green Shopping City and a Chinese in Turnpike lane or try the Wing Yip Hypermarket in Tottenham Are you sure your friends know where they will be living? Tottenham can be a bit shit hole ! There are a few Anglo Thai families but no real community focus so far as I know. Richard
