May 18, 200817 yr Dear Forum Can any legal junkies provide a fix to the following ........... I am currently in Thailand with my children. We all travel frequently between both Thailand and United Kingdom, my children have never had problems exiting / entering both countries. They are all Thailand, United Kingdom passport holders with no restictions. However !!! On this occassion they will be returning to United Kingdom with me after my divorce to their Thai mother. Although I do not anticipate any problems I would just like to know if their is anything she can do to hinder their travel with regards to exiting through Thai immigration. Their are no 'court orders' in place in this particular case. Although its not a 'big deal' for me, I am thinking of my children's interests and do not wish them to be subject to any restrictions by the IO on departure. Apologies if this topic covers old ground, just looking for current updates as situations change daily !!!!!!!!!
