David West - Help Urgent

Thailand

Recommended Posts

David's sister and wife in the UK have been informed of his death however with the British embassy and consulates closed until Tuesday they do not know what to do.

In addition Davids Thai friend Bua and a neighbour are trying to sort out the problems. Can anybody out there assist as I live in Chiangmai and Davids house is near Pattaya.

Please give Bua a call if you can help, she only speaks Thai. Please reply on this forum ASAP and I will give you the number by pm.

Thanks

In the case of an emergency that cannot wait until normal Embassy opening hours, please contact the Duty Officer by telephoning 01 854 7362. From outside Thailand the number is +66 01 854 7362.

(Take out the zero if calling from abroad).

  • 2 years later...

There were two prominent "David West"s that were oldtime expats in Chiang Mai. Would this be the David West whose brother Martin also past away a few years back? They ran the Domino bar near Thapae Gate for a few years which is now True Blue?
