Hi,

Does anyone knows of realtors in HatYai, I can't find anyone by classic search methods ?

I was there in 2006 and there were plenty sites and ads for new construction projects and I would like to look at a possibility of resettlement there ...

Realtors don't seem to exist outside of Bangkok and the other well known expat towns/cities/islands. Neither Hat Yai nor Songkhla have any Real Estate Agency offices.

If you are thinking of relocating to HatYai then the best solution is to spend some time looking around the place for a few days, get the "feel" of the area, maybe hire a car. Many houses are advertised for sale or to rent often privately -using Thai script of course- by placing signs on the house gate or on nearby lamp posts. Renting a condo is an option for a start.
