Congratulations.

What happens after 2 years?

Guess?

Apply for a visa again!

Or a permission to stay.

Or whatever it will be called after 2 years and some more rules from Brussels

At most 28 days before your wife's two years expires, you apply to the UK Border Agency (UKBA) for either an extension to the two years, or, if she has by then obtained an English/Citizenship qualification, for indefinite leave.

See also form SET(M) for acceptable list of documents to collect and submit over the two year period and KOL requirements.

Vinney took the words right out of my mouth, dont underestimate the importance of his advice, get this done within the 1st week home as it will save you both a great deal of aggrevation and disapontment that others who did not know or left it late

will confirm.

All the best
