My neighbour has just started selling these at 2 baht a time. Eaten with balsamic vinegar, soy sauce and a little chilli they are absolutely delicious.

Dim Sum are delicious, soy sauce and lots of chili oil.

The best thing about dim sum are that they come in small sizes and various types.

I was able to tried 4-5 things by myself and probably more when share with friends or family.

Yeah those and sala pao are my favourite Thai breakfast. Still don't think they beat the authentic Hong Kong Dim Sum breakfast though (you can get a great on in Penang). Trang also has good Dim Sum due to the big ethnic Chinese population. My mouth is watering! You can buy the sauce for dumplings (vinegar and soy) pre-prepared.
