I have used sheep casings and some very good german sausage ingredients, pork shoulder and pork belly. lucky to find an old sausage filling machine here in Phuket . Gerd Sorry, I just ordered their last 2 hanks they still had in stock , big problems for them to get this product into Thailand, also many other products they've imported already long time to Thailand.
