I am thinking about buying a property in the Phuket Grandville project.

Anybody has any experience with this developer? (Phuket Intervilla Co.Ltd)

Are they honest and reliable?

How is the quality of their developments?

Perhaps some of the experts here on the forum has a good advise.

They've already completed most of one of their projects "Banyan Villa" or something, why not go and have a look at the quality level etc... They look well priced on the website and decent quality, but I haven't seen them in the flesh.
