Economy US Mum on Thailand’s Bid to Slash Import Tariffs to Zero
I thought a reduction on import taxes and duty on alcohol was agreed a couple of years ago? If do the importers aren't passing the savings on to the customers, becauswe I have seen no reduction in prices - esprecially wine! -

Ground Fault ..... How?
I wonder who would return more, the customers that get that 3rd pin and don't have a 3 pin socket at home, or the ones that get the 2 pin plug and wish they had a 3rd pin? That's the issue with Thailand. (One of them any way). There are too many "standard" socket types. Which leads to too many plug types. I don't fault the manufacturers. I just suck it up and buy adapters. -

secured credit cards?
I think my savings account and debit card were recently frozen. I don't live in Thailand anymore, so I worry that K-Bank may close my account for good. My point was that an account with a secured amount may be something that K-Bank might open for me, even if I don't live in Thailand. (Obviously, I would also like the secured credit card issued in this scenario.)
