I guess the kit is not that important at all but where do you get the right grapes from to make your wine ? I love dry red wine but most grapes here are just good enough to make a sweet fruity wine :o

Wine grape concentrate is easily available from vintners in Europe, America and Australia. And Thailand's import duty on 'grape must' is only 10%, as opposed to 400% on imported wine. I've tasted wine friends have made from kits in other countries and its quite drinkable, esp considering the price.
