It is all such a confusing and mixed picture ! In another thread we have TV member " billa " saying that

he is still making a fortune selling small condominiums in Pattaya and then we have this graph. But the graph

shows there were a number of steep and sudden falls in activity throughout January 05 until now but just didnt

reach the level it is at now ? I am not sure it shows the end just yet

What do you expect in this harsh global economy climate. The picture might be the same in all countries.

Inflation is mainly imported, the only thing I agree to is the state of the government, but was that ever different in the past?

falling prices who cares anyway land not selling..very over priced to begin with for a 3rd world country and foreigners can't own it anyway and you can add condos to that over priced list..that will be next.
