Phuket Property Between 3.5m - 4m Bhat

I am looking in Phuket for a freehold property between 3.5m and 4m Bhat. I already saw two new builds in Thalang which were great but trouble finding many others.

Does anyone know of the name of any developments and the locations please?

Also, how is the market at present? When I was looking in June I was told that it was ok, which I said to the agent I completly did not beleive. I don't think there is going to be many buyers in Phuket at present but want to be sure as I will be looking for a deal for a cash purchase at this price.
