That is going to depend on a number of factors:

Costs to work the land prior to planting,between 250 and 350 baht per rai.

12/3 times per year,is water available all year.

Cost for labour.150 - 200 baht per rai, more for planting.

Rice 20 baht per kilo..I rai approx 500 baht

Harvesting price,currently about 600 baht per rai..

chemicals- between 600-800 baht per rai

Dependant on rice grown will depend on profit..
