Is it that big university/College on the left on Sukhumvit just after Chonburi town centre?

Yes........ it's on the left side of he Sukhumvit Road in Tambon Ban Si Palo, heading towards Bangkok about 6 kilometres after passing the Jet petrol station on the same side of the road. If you reach the junction with the Chonburi By-pass, then you've gone too far!!
