Does anyone know if the new points based immigration visa system to come into affect in the UK will have any bearing on settlement visas?

HI not sure if it will make a differance, But probably the scouser or someone with more know how will be able to shade some light on it

Yes it will have a bearing if you are linked to the tiers that are being abolished.
