Eea Family Permit To Uk

Hi Guys,

I have already applied and sucessfully got an EEA Family Permit for my wife based on my Irish passport to come to the UK. The problem is that I was slightly late in getting the application in to apply for the 5 year extension and now because we need to travel back to Thailand for family reasons we will need to apply again in BKK.

We originally applied in December this year and got the visa on the first time of asking. I was just wondering if things have changed now that the sticky thread has been removed?

Currently I have all the old documents that we applied with before and I am just going to update the payslips, banks statements etc with up to date ones but everything else is staying the same, just with 08 instead of 07 on the dates! Will I be ok doing that?

Any help and information is greatly appreicated, I am still kicking myself for applying for the extension for so long, really big waste of holiday time in Thailand now!
