November 9, 200817 yr Author Good clip. I went there yesterday and had a really great day out. I was amazed at the lack of foreigners there considering some of the major sponsors. My friend was racing for the Pizza Company Racing team. Click here. Here are a few pictures:
November 10, 200817 yr Been there as well and must say that the festival seems to be extremely well organized/managed. First impression started as I parked my car just a bit before the beach and noticed that the red Bang Saen Bath buses were free for the day, paid for by the organization of the event! Not much luck with the weather though Saw some real nice cars, one early model Porsche 911 in absolute mint condition... And the Ocean 1 racing team seems to go faster then their construction team

November 10, 200817 yr Indeed- very well organized and I remain surprised that the entire event was completely free. Those sponsors must have some deep pockets. You would definitely have to purchase a ticket to attend an event like this back home. A few more pics and vids to share- Superbike qualifying race Superbike video- A GSXR with face smashed in after flipping over the tire barrier Another nice wreck- Commonrail trucks racing on a wet road- always fun! Next year I'm going to have to book a room in Bangsaen so that I can check out the whole event from start to finish. Good times!
