My team Macclesfield Town are away to non league Harlow in the First Round.

We had a dreadful start to the season losing the first four league matches conceding 14 goals and scoring none.

After that we won four out of the next five but have recently lost four out of the last five !

In the Carling Cup we beat Blackpool 2-0 and held West Ham away 1-1 in normal time,only to lose in extra time.

So you never know what Macc team will turn up but there are usually plenty of goals.

So it could either be Harlow 4 Macc 1 or Harlow 1 Macc 4.......watch it be a dreary 0-0 now !

Neither Star nor ESPN will be covering the FA Cup this season, or for the next few seasons either, in Thailand.

True Sports doesn't appear to be showing the Leeds tie this weekend, but maybe will start coverage when the big boys appear in January, we have to wait and see.

You had Defoe,Joe Cole,Carrick,James,Sinclair,Winterburn etc.You were a good Premiership team then with up and coming stars in the squad.

The one side is open to allow fast egress to Swindon fans after they lose - you may have noticed that the gap is on the A420 side of the stadium.

Oxford are through to face Torquay in the next round. Should be a tight affair after the 1-1 draw in the corresponding league fixture earlier in the season. I just wish we'd been drawn against Swindon. Oh well, maybe in the next round.
