I want to stay any place near daokanong or rama 2. I don't need BTS/mrt as i have car. I need at least 2 rooms.

Can i get a loan from the bank?

It used to be that BKK Bank and UOB were offering mortgage loans to foreigners through Singapore, but last I heard BKK Bank have stopped doing it. Try UOB or else look for a developer that is offering finance.

Apparently you have ZERO credit in Thailand, so the practical answer is no, you cannot get a bank loan.
