sunny747
not sure whether i'm eligible to purchase a small condo here. I have non-imm business visa and i'm working here with WP. I wish to continue my work years to come and hence thought i should get a place of my own. I'm 30 and i don't want to touch my savings. I was wondering if i could get any bank loan or something. I can get any sort of letter that may be required from my company. It is well established and pays tax very regularly. I want to stay any place near daokanong or rama 2. I don't need BTS/mrt as i have car. I need at least 2 rooms. Can i get a loan from the bank? thanks.
jimmybkk
It used to be that BKK Bank and UOB were offering mortgage loans to foreigners through Singapore, but last I heard BKK Bank have stopped doing it. Try UOB or else look for a developer that is offering finance.
jdinasia
Apparently you have ZERO credit in Thailand, so the practical answer is no, you cannot get a bank loan.
