Shooting Ranges

Greetings, Are there any proper shooting ranges in the Pattaya area? preferably ones without people standing on your shoulder and loading for you? I want to use rifles and hand guns.

I need some info on how I can import my target shooting rifle, also I have original muskets that hang on my wall but the Thais cannot understand that these are for show and not for shooting. (one is over 200years old!).

Good luck, I know Guns and Falang don't go well here.

Asfar as ranges; the best one I know of is in Cambodia out past K11.

I am also interested in the same.

Thanks for the reply, lets keep in touch with any extra info we get and who knows if we cant find a range we may have to open our own!!

Hi Folks,

Supposedly there is a gun range in World Trade in Pratunam but I think this is mainly a tourist trap (particularly for Japanese tourists). It's like 2,000 baht and they only give you one box of 50 rounds! Perhaps we'll need to open our own range and maybe even have our own bullet making equipment. Bullets are so much more expensive than in the US and so are the guns that shoot them. I don't think Thailand has ever made it's own guns except for the homemade versions in the countryside. There are tons of them in Cambodia and Myanmar though.

isn't there a shooting range in the Tiffany's complex? I'venever been in, but I think I remember seeing a sign there somewhere...

shooting from below the hip is better ya ?

go do some more healthy sports

don't want the gun crime rate to go havoc like in USA...

don't want random shooting crimes to increase

or passion crimes either
